The identity is unmistakably American in its fundamentals — from the name and letterforms to the colours and the sense of place. But it is not American in a generic or imposed way; it feels rooted in the landscapes where the projects sit.
1 · THE NAME LEADS
HOMELAND carries the weight in every lockup — domestic supply, said in one word.
2 · THE ENGRAVER'S LETTER
Copperplate Gothic — the chiselled letter of American embassies, banks and cornerstones. Engraved authority, not fashion.
3 · THE GROUND IS THE ICON
Arizona, Nevada and Utah drawn as the brand's key graphic — the American Southwest itself.
4 · THE MARK · THE EAGLE
The brand mark is a USA flag — the eagle carries it within: stripes in copper, the stars’ field in graphite.
5 · THE FLAG, WHERE IT LIVES

06 · FROM THE FIELD — THE PALETTE, VALIDATED ON THE GROUND
The palette was specified first — then the August 2026 film trip across Homeland ground in Arizona, Nevada and Utah confirmed it. Every color in the kit is right there in the photography: the brand direction, validated by the land itself.

07 · THE LOGOMARK — STILL TO BE DECIDED
The wordmark is ready today. The mark joins it as the brand develops.
Everything in this kit so far runs on the wordmark alone — letterhead, email, documents, filings. That is deliberate: the wordmark can go to work now, and a logomark can be added to every lockup without reprinting anything. Two families of candidates are in development below.
APPROVAL REQUESTED FOR INTERIM USEThe wordmark stands on its own until the full brand direction is finalised
CANDIDATE A · (V1 MARK) THE COPPER NUGGETFIRST LANDED ON
WHAT THE LAST EXPLORERS MISSED.
INVESTOR PRESENTATION · Q3 2026
TSXV : HCM
Native copper cut to seven faces with the green heart — drawn from the ore itself. Ownable, geological, quiet.
CANDIDATE B · (V2 MARK) THE EAGLEAMERICAN-FORWARD · FEATURED
WHAT THE LAST EXPLORERS MISSED.
INVESTOR PRESENTATION · Q3 2026
TSXV : HCM
The eagle, drawn in the brand’s own copper, graphite and green — American authority with the geology kept in the palette.

08 · EAGLE MARK CONCEPTS — CANDIDATE B, REFINED
Four eagles, taken off the field and put back in the ground.
The eagle keeps the American authority; these concepts remove what makes it read as a team crest — the scowl, the shield, the aggression. Each one builds the bird from geology: strata, ridgelines, veins and benches, in the brand’s own copper, graphite and green.
E1GEOLOGICAL
Copper Wing
The wing as stacked strata planes — two copper beds and a single malachite face, the ore read in section.
TSXV : HCM
E2LAND-LED
The Ridge
The eagle at rest inside a mountain profile, a copper vein running through the rock beneath it. Ground first, bird second.
TSXV : HCM
E3CLOSEST TO V2
Vein Flight
The full bird in flight with a copper vein cracked through the wing. Most literal of the four — the nearest step from the current mark.
TSXV : HCM
E4CORPORATE
Ledger Wing
Graphite wing bands with one copper band — read as pit benches or a ledger line. The most institutional and the furthest from sport.
TSXV : HCM
Calm, not combative. Level gaze and horizontal motion — no bared beak, no claws forward.
No crest, no shield. The mark sits open on the page, beside the wordmark, never inside a badge.
Geology in the build. Every facet is a mineral idea — strata, ridge, vein or bench.

08 · EAGLE MARK CONCEPTS — ROUND TWO, THE WING RE-CUT
Five more eagles. Same bird, the wing re-cut.
Round two keeps the silhouette settled in E1–E4 and works only the wing: how many beds, how wide the seams, where the green sits. Each is named for the mining idea in the cut — bench, seam, ore, terrace.
E5BENCHED
Bench Flight
Six narrow bands step down the wing like pit benches — three graphite, two copper, one green at the leading edge. The finest cut of the set.
TSXV : HCM
E6SEAMED
Open Seam
Fewer, wider beds with daylight between them: graphite host rock, a copper seam, a green face. Reads cleanly at small sizes.
TSXV : HCM
E7ORE-LED
Ore Flight
Bench Flight with the green face enlarged into a block — the ore body given more weight than the waste above it.
TSXV : HCM
E8TERRACED
Terrace
Three broad terraces, one each in graphite, copper and green. The boldest and most legible; the wing becomes a cross-section.
TSXV : HCM
E9LIFTED
Terrace, lifted
Terrace with the wing raised clear of the body — two copper beds and a green face over a graphite bird. The wing can carry alone as a device.
TSXV : HCM
Same rules as round one. Calm, not combative; open on the page beside the wordmark, never in a badge; geology in every facet.

09 · LITHIUM FIRST — THE STORY OPENS AT WILLCOX PLAYA
Homeland lists as a lithium story — the drilled, logged Willcox Playa project — and grows into a copper story. The brand doesn’t change to make that shift: same wordmark, same palette, same voice. Only the mark’s green turns — graphite for lithium, verdigris for copper — and the photography moves from the playa to the pit.
